Smart digital solutions for barley drought resistance
Technologies are converging at the University of Adelaide where Na (Charlotte) Sai is bringing together machine learning with detailed physiological and genetic analysis to dissect the dynamics of drought tolerance of barley to inform breeding programs. She is undertaking a GRDC-supported capacity-building project to complete a Doctor of Philosophy and gain valuable skills to contribute to the Australian grains industry.
